History

Rhenish Mission School is a non-profit kindergarten funded by Chinese Rhenish Church Hong Kong. Our school was founded in 1914 as Rhenish Church Girls’ Primary School and extended to the kindergarten section in 1936. Since 1969, our school has proactively developed high-quality services for early childhood education. Facing the ever-changing improvements in information technology over time, our school realized the need of improving the environment and the supporting infrastructure. Under the support from Chinese Rhenish Church Hong Kong, the new school with well-equipped facilities started its operations in late January 2007 to replace the old school. The kindergarten section occupies the area from G/F to 4/F.

Aims

To follow the spirit of Christ to love all mankind, the school provides high-quality whole-person education to young children. We offer young children spiritual education and balanced learning opportunities in the five aspects of development, encourage them to utilize their full potential to develop their interests in learning, willingness to communicate, braveness in taking responsibilities and ability to innovate.

Mission

“Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.” (Psalm 22:6)
